Väliseesti arhiiviprojektide taotlusvoor avatud 11. veebruarini

Rahvusarhiiv kuulutab välja 2019. aasta väliseesti arhiiviprojektide taotlusvooru. Projekte rahastatakse riikliku programmi „Rahvuskaaslaste programm (2014–2020)“ väliseesti kultuuripärandi kogumise, säilitamise ja kättesaadavaks tegemise toetamise meetmest. Toetust saavad taotleda nii füüsilised kui ka juriidilised isikud.

Taotluste esitamise tähtaeg on 11. veebruar 2019 (kaasa arvatud). Komisjon otsustab toetuse saajad taotlustähtajale järgneva kahe nädala jooksul. 2019. aastal on arhiiviprojektide toetamiseks eraldatud 149 960 eurot. Projekti tegevuste ja toetuse kasutamise lubatud ajavahemik on 01.01.–31.12.2019.

Konkursile on oodatud projektid, mille eesmärk on:

  • väliseesti ajaloolis-kultuurilise pärandi kaardistamine, registreerimine, kogumine (välitööd, kogumisaktsioonid, arhiivide transport), korrastamine, kirjeldamine, kataloogimine, säilitamine (säilitustingimuste tagamine, konserveerimine), digiteerimine, tagatis- ja kasutuskoopiate valmistamine ning kättesaadavaks tegemine (veebis, trükis, mäluasutuste kaudu);
  • info koondamine väliseesti kultuuripärandi kohta, vastavate andmestute loomine ja kättesaadavaks tegemine (infoportaalid, andmebaasid, kataloogid); infomaterjalide, küsitluskavade ja muu sarnase ettevalmistamine ning levitamine eesti kogukondades (veebileheküljed, trükised, näitused);
  • kultuuripärandi koostöövõrgustike arendamine (mäluasutuste koostöö, väliseesti seltside, organisatsioonide, korrespondentide ja teiste kaasamine kogumisse ning infovahetusse, infopäevade, seminaride korraldamine Eestis ning väliseesti kogukondades);
  • kogukondade nõustamine praktilise arhiivitöö alal (arhiivikoolituste korraldamine, spetsialistide kaasamine väliseesti kogukondades tehtavatesse töödesse, Eesti arhivaaride lähetamine asukohamaadesse), samuti koostööprojektid Eesti ning asukohamaade mälu- ja teadusasutustega materjalide korrastamiseks, kirjeldamiseks ja kättesaadavaks tegemiseks;
  • Eesti diasporaa ajaloo ja kultuuriloo teaduslik uurimine, mis on seotud arhiiviainese kogumise, korrastamise või kättesaadavaks tegemisega.
